Mondo enters the multiverse – sound.

In collaboration with Hollywood Records and Marvel Music, the company is continuing its series of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) soundtracks with the first vinyl pressing of Danny Elfman’s score for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Composer Danny Elfman and director Sam Raimi have been longtime collaborators, beginning with dark man in the 90s and more recently on the original Spider Man trilogy in the early 2000s. This second Doctor Strange film marks the first time the two have teamed up in nearly a decade.

The disc features new artwork by Florian Bertmer, which depicts Doctor Strange sitting crisscrossed against a mandala-inspired orange and red background, hands in a pose that will look familiar to those who have seen the film. He wears the Eye of Agamotto and his usual Doctor Strange attire.

The vinyl itself is pressed on 180 gram Mondo online store exclusive color vinyl. Both LPs feature a black and red tie-dye effect that is sure to delight any record collector. The sheet music will also be available on black vinyl, in case you don’t want the colored option.

Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness sheet music will be available for pre-order for $40 at starting tomorrow, May 11 at noon CT. If you can’t wait until then to hear the soundtrack, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is currently playing in theaters nationwide.
